Online personal training is a convenient, flexible, and accessible approach to fitness and better health.

Working with a Personal Trainer (PT) is the optimal way to achieve fitness goals and does not have to be done in person. Exercise anytime, anywhere with online training/coaching. When the time’s right, log on and work out. Check off the exercises as completed; leave notes and feedback for the trainer to review.

  • Consultation (free)
  • Trainer/Coach creates your individualized program
  • Training sessions (completed by client)

Consultation will address:

    • short-, medium-, and long-term goals
  • How often can the client workout
  • Fitness history
  • Potential health concerns or injuries
  • Reasons for wanting to work with a Personal Trainer
  • Nutrition factors
  • Lifestyle factors (stress, sleep, etc.)
  • Mobility assessment – do a few mobility movements
  • Trainer will outline steps to observe achievements
  • Set up client with Coaching App

Create an individualized program:

  • Not ‘cookie-cutter’ or general, resembling many other’s programs
  • Based on client ability and goals
  • Trainer will deliver program online

Training Sessions:

  • Client starts sessions soon after receipt of individualized program
  • Smart connectivity: trainer loads workouts into Training App
  • Complete workouts at your convenience

Follow Up

  • Staying in touch is key to maintaining motivation. An open line of communication is essential.
  • Use of Messaging and Call features in Training App. Arranged video calls on Zoom.
  • Once per week check-in to discuss workouts and check on progress.
  • Trainer will communicate in a way that works for the client & always allow Client to ask questions and share thoughts.

On-going program development:

  • Trainer will review/adjust client training plan to maintain results. We start realistically with small adjustments, moving closer to prescribed goal(s).
  • Trainer will provide:
    • Video guides showing correct technique
    • Health/fitness knowledge as it becomes relevant
    • Lifestyle tweaks
    • Timescales
    • Progress Tracking
    • Accountability
  • Trainer will work to maintain client motivation and focus. By building habits that bolster motivation, it will grow over time.
