  1. How do I choose the right online personal trainer (PT) for my needs and goals? What kind of qualifications should an online PT have?
    • A PT will need to be highly knowledgeable to make sure they’re creating programs that can be safely carried out by clients.
    • Ask about a PT’s qualifications.
    • Nancy L has Degrees in Exercise Science, Biological Science, with extra work in Nutrition; ACE Certification (current with CEC’s); 20 years of experience as a personal trainer; Black Belt in TaeKwonDo.
  2. Do I need any equipment or specific technology to work with an online personal trainer?
    • All you need is a device to access your workouts. Usually a smartphone or computer will work.
    • Get impressive results from training without having to invest in equipment.
    • Most online training programs will be bodyweight exercises – no need to spend a lot of money on equipment to get started. 
    • Achieve results using just bodyweight. Your Personal Trainer will be able to program around what you have.
    • Optional equipment:

      • yoga mat (cushioned area to exercise in comfort)
