For 20 years Nancy L has been teaching and providing guidance in Health, Nutrition and Fitness.
She also has a Black Belt in TaeKwonDo!

Nancy L has always enjoyed being active, participating in some form of athletics or exercise. Combining her formal education (dual degrees in Biological Science and Exercise Science, with extra work in Nutrition) along with her professional experience, self-motivation, and strong interest in the field of fitness, Nancy was well suited to Personal Training! She obtained her ACE Certification and started Nancy L Fitness. Now she is able to guide Seniors and Individuals to a state of whole health.
