A 12-month recipe subscription is included with the purchase your FitCui, Fitness Cuisine book. With this subscription you may choose 1 recipe per month to add to your FitCui collection. They go right into the FitCui binder, ready for use.  GF = Gluten Free  For example:

Breakfast Items:  Baked Apple Oatmeal, Sausage-Egg Hash, Tostada Omlette.

Main Dish:  Beef Filled Squash GF, Chili con Calabaza GF, Sweet/Sour Baked White Fish GF , Poultry Rice Goulash GF, Baked Red Snapper, Ham-MaplePeach Glaze, Marsala Pork Chops, Stuffed Squash, Black Bean-Salmon Stir Fry.

Appetizers-Sandwiches:  Mixed Up Hummus GF, Crab Stuffed Mushrooms, Baked Egg Rolls.

Veggie-Sides-Salads:  Veggies & Rice, Veggie-Potato Bake, Baked Parmesan Zucchini, Chinese Chicken Salad, Chile-Lime Veggie Noodles, Cider-Maple Brussel Sprouts, Butternut Squash Risotto, Cauliflower-Tangy Mustard Sauce, Herb Roasted Potatoes, Baked Corn, Black Bean-Corn Succotash, Green Bean Casserole, Spicy Apple Filled Squash, Squash Stuffing, Tofu Dressing, Rotini-White Beans & Kale.
