1. Are the coaches at NancyLFitness certified?

Yes. All coaches at NancyLFitness are ACE certified.  We stay current by completing course work required for re-certification along with independent study through college and relevant online courses.  Our coaches are professionals, providing motivation and accountability, driving toward a long term lifestyle change.

 2. I am a beginner.  Will your programs work for me? 

Our programs are individual to each client.  Each is specifically designed with a commitment to your health, and will include the following components:

  • Balance & flexibility training
  • Strength & endurance
  • Cardiovascular & toning
  • Nutritional Improvement w/ diet accountability
  • Am I too old to be training?

As we age it’s more important than ever to exercise.  Muscle begins to atrophy after the age of 40.  But there is no need for this to be the case. Studies have shown that people even into their 90’s can build up muscle to improve strength, balance, flexibility and endurance.

3. What if I don’t have a gym membership?

A gym membership can be beneficial because of the variety of equipment available. However, it definitely is not necessary.  We can base your workout on what you have available.

Although not necessary, it is good to have some basic gear, if possible:

  • resistance bands
  • stability balls
  • small hand weights

Household items can frequently be substituted.  Every exercise will be explained in detail.  Your coach will be available by text, email, phone and video chat to answer questions.

4. What if I travel often?

Our program (s) is ideal for people that travel or take vacation.

Your coach will provide you with a plan to work on during travel.  We will always be available to answer questions and provide insight.

5. Will my program include nutrition counseling?

If you have chosen the Fitness + Nutrition coaching plan we will provide nutritional education and meal planning tips/menus.  Electronic journals will help us to track your progress to provide feedback.

6. Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You may cancel your membership within (10) days of the cycle, for your money back.

Please communicate your cancellation through our Contact Form.

7. How long does it take to get my program after I join?

To get you going as soon as possible, we try to have your program ready for you in 2-3 days after you sign on with us.

8. How long does it take to see results?

Results depend on many factors.  Genetically individuals are different. However if you consistently follow you customized plan, you will continue to see improvements every month.

9. Can I get more information by telephone?

Yes. Complete and Submit the contact form (under the Contact tab on the NancyLFitness website).   We will be in touch within 24hours to answer any questions.

10. What payment methods do you accept.

Our shopping cart is Paypal. If paying by credit card, Paypal accepts all four major companies: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
